Fat-Soluble Vitamins

Fat-soluble vitamins will not dissolve in water fat-soluble vitamins are best absorbed when taken with the high-fat foods and the fat-soluble vitamins are stored in our fatty tissues.

Water-Soluble Vitamins

Vitamins that can easily dissolve in the human body called Water-Soluble vitamins these vitamins are not stored in human body these are found in plants, animal and other supplements.

Vitamin A

Vitamin A is composed of several organic compounds in which the main compounds are retinol and thyroxine.
The work of this vitamin is to give strength our body’s skin, hair, teeth it also maintains the calcium in our body if it is not found in our body in abundance then most of it affects the eyes.
It also prevents us from infectious disease that’s why it also called Anti-infection vitamin.


The main work of vitamin B is to keep our digestion healthy. The lack of this vitamin can lead to stomach problems such as lack of appetite, diarrhea, etc.

Vitamin B has many forms like Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and Vitamin B12.


It is a water-soluble vitamin and it is found in many fruits and vegetables it decreases the chances of chronic disease. And it also helps us to maintain high blood pressure in our body.
